Hey peeps, it's been too damn quite around here! I am calling out for a DJ that wants to join in a house battle with me.

1. mix should be 40-45 minutes long with no mixing after the 40 minute mark

2. style should be progressive/vocal house

3. software and/or hardware mixing are both fine

4. mix link download link will need to be emailed to me no later than April 13, 2009; mix will need to be encoded to 192kbps no more and no less. I am NOT going to encode your mix for you.....

5. effects are ok but there can be nothing identifying as far as your DJ name in the mix

BRING IT BITCHES!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

That's right! DJ Digital Gem has got a station playing damn near 24/7 soon! You can tune in live by going to http://www.justin.tv/djdigitalgem. There's chat and tunes! I am working on getting some more mixes done and I will have this up 24/7 as soon as possible. I will also be setting up an account for the EvolutionFM DJ's to start streaming live again!!!

ok peeps, I have got a bunch of mixes uploaded and I am going to see if we can at least get the recorded stream running for now. I am trying to work out some issues with the live stream.

Well, I am in the process of getting everything moved to our new server now. My cable was out for over a week, they shut my fucking lights off...... Yeah, Evo hasn't been on my list of priorities recently and unless something gives, I am not going to be able to continue to pay for it folks. I am still working on some things and have got a reseller account now which affords us a year's worth of free hosting and I am not talking about some little rinky-dink little shared ass piece of shit account either.

Ok... so lets talk monay!

CAn you not rent out some of Evolution to advertisers? Spam it out with adverts? I dont think the mixes will work to well... i mean anyone can download a mix these days for eff all. Unless of course your a more established name brand DJ. Only thing i can think of is too sell the CDs via Ebay... shit even maybe sell tunes on ebay? Im sure there must be budding new DJs who dont even know were to start? Sell it as a CDJ full of tunes for a tenner?
